New in Pulse Feedback: Guided Results Discussion and AI Chat

Created on 19.05.2026 by | 2 minutes reading time

Collecting feedback is the easy part. Turning it into real improvements is where most organisations get stuck. Our two latest features are built to close that gap. Guided Results Discussion guides teams through a focused post-survey discussion. AI Chat lets anyone ask questions about their results and get straight, context-aware answers. Both move feedback closer to where it makes a difference: the day-to-day work of teams.

Guided Results Discussion: From Survey Results to Shared Improvements

The full potential of an employee survey is only realised when teams discuss their results together and agree on concrete improvements. That’s exactly what Guided Results Discussion is for. It’s a new feature in Pulse Feedback that teams use together, right after a survey ends. One person opens the mode on a shared screen in a team meeting, and the feature walks everyone through the process step by step.

AI analyses the team's results and surfaces the topics that matter most. For each topic, Guided Results Discussion presents tailored prompts that guide the discussion and help the team agree on concrete improvement measures. Everything happens in one place, replacing the static PDFs we previously offered for this purpose.

Guided Results Discussion is currently available for Team Feedback surveys. A similar experience for Peer Feedback is on our roadmap.

AI Chat: Ask your results anything

AI Chat is a conversational interface for exploring survey results. You can ask anything that comes to mind, from high-level trends to very specific questions, and phrase it however you like.

A few examples:

  • What are the most important themes in these results for me as an organisational developer? (or CEO, Head of HR, team lead…)
  • What concrete actions can I take as an employee to improve things?
  • How has the topic of collaboration developed over our last few surveys?
  • Are employees commenting on topic X?

This makes it easy to get personalised insights, tailored recommendations, and context-aware answers, without digging through dashboards.

Anyone can use AI Chat to analyse the results of the surveys they have access to. It's available for both Team Feedback and Peer Feedback.

As with all our AI features, AI Chat runs inside our secure infrastructure. No data leaves the tool, and the usual anonymity rules apply.
