What does Pulse Feedback cost?
The Single Module for employee surveys or 360-degree feedback costs CHF 5 per user per month on the annual plan (CHF 6 monthly). The Feedback Bundle with both modules costs CHF 8 per user per month on the annual plan (CHF 9.60 monthly). These prices apply up to 250 users; above that it gets cheaper per person. Contact us for an individual Enterprise offer with volume discounts.
Who counts as a user, and how is billing handled?
You pay per person you add to Pulse Feedback, regardless of how many surveys you run. You only add the people you actually want to include, whether that is the whole company, a single department or the participants of a 360-degree feedback.

What is the difference between the Single Module and the Feedback Bundle?
With the Single Module you use either employee surveys or 360-degree feedback. The Feedback Bundle combines both modules and is 20% cheaper than buying them separately.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both are possible. With an annual plan you pay around 17% less than monthly.
Which currencies are the prices available in?
Prices are available in CHF, EUR and USD. You can switch the currency directly on the pricing page.
