We are a passionate team of psychologists, UX designers, product managers, and developers with a shared principle: Feedback makes us better. Our mission is simple. We aim to help everyone in your organisation reach their full potential and find joy in their work.

Our story

There had to be a better way. So we built it.

Our journey started in 2015 with a small team at a leading Swiss telecommunications company. At the time, employee feedback was scarce, and the existing survey fell short of its purpose.

We set out to find a better solution and created a fast and straightforward tool to make feedback actionable, helping employees thrive, teams collaborate better, and workplaces become more positive.

Today, Pulse Feedback has evolved into a trusted feedback platform for leading organisations in Switzerland and beyond. Our mission is still clear: helping companies and their people grow through feedback.
