The organisation

An education centre and industry association for health professions in Central Switzerland

XUND represents both the training centre for health professions and the organisation of the world of work (OdA) in the healthcare sector of Central Switzerland. It is supported by local retirement and care homes, hospitals, and Spitex services as well as their respective industry associations.

XUND was looking for a new approach to employee surveys. The goal: to surface relevant topics early and make developments measurable over time. Transparency and timely visibility of results – for everyone, not just leadership – were key.

The challenge

Breaking down silos and enabling open conversations

Before implementing Pulse Feedback, XUND lacked a structured approach to regularly gather feedback and turn it into meaningful improvements. Communication pathways were heavily shaped by hierarchy, and feedback rarely led to tangible change.

  • No structured way to collect feedback → Hard to identify challenges early
  • Feedback was too rare and not comparable → Developments remained invisible
  • Limited visibility → Results often got lost in the hierarchy
«We wanted to surface topics regularly – and make the results visible and accessible to everyone, not just to leadership.»

The solution

A tool that empowers teams to take ownership of improvement

With Pulse Feedback, XUND found an intuitive, simple solution that integrated seamlessly into daily routines. Short, focused pulse surveys made team sentiment visible in real time and allowed teams to work with the results independently.

With Pulse Feedback, XUND was able to:

  • Empower teams to take responsibility for results
  • Improve feedback quality – more open comments, better usability
  • Gain new perspectives – through benchmark data and comparisons
«The openness improved the quality of the comments and made them actionable. The responsibility now lies with the teams – hierarchy no longer plays a role.»

The result

Stronger teams and a lived feedback culture

Since introducing Pulse Feedback, XUND has experienced a noticeable shift. Feedback is no longer a one-way street – it’s part of daily collaboration. Teams reflect regularly, work actively with the results, and drive improvements from within.

  • A stronger feedback culture and more trust
  • Higher satisfaction and greater engagement in teams
  • Better visibility of trends – challenges and progress are easier to spot
  • More ownership, less top-down control
«There’s no going back. Pulse Feedback is exactly the solution we needed.»

Why Pulse Feedback

Modern, simple, and impactful

XUND values Pulse Feedback for its simplicity and hands-on approach. The tool is intuitive and easy for everyone to use. Its ongoing development – including smart features like AI-generated insights – is another major plus.

  • Intuitive design – clear and self-explanatory
  • Fast setup – surveys created in minutes
  • Thoughtful content and support materials – like a discussion guide for results
  • Continuous development – new features that add real value
«It’s intuitive, doesn’t need explaining – and keeps evolving. For us, Pulse Feedback is just what we need.»
