What is Pulse Feedback?

Pulse Feedback is a Swiss provider of software for employee surveys, pulse surveys and 360-degree feedback, with optional support from its own consulting team.

With Pulse Feedback, you are asked regularly about different aspects of your work situation and give a rating along with written feedback. How visible your comments are is set for each survey, from open within the team through to fully anonymous. You then discuss the results together, see where there is room for improvement and put measures in place yourselves. That builds a constructive feedback culture and makes continuous learning part of everyday work.
