Tool Box

Check the usability of your tools. Find out how often they are used and what purpose they serve. Also, get a picture of who exactly uses the tool and whether it really meets the users’ needs.

Instructions

1. Build groups of 3-4 people (or individually if the group isn’t as big) and fill in the answers to the different questions in the Tool Box.
2. Each person gives a personal evaluation of what they think of the tool.
3. Finally, discuss the results with the whole team and talk about possible improvements.
