Where do I find my participant link for the survey?
You will find the link to Pulse Feedback in all e-mails sent as part of a survey. Often it is also communicated in other ways (e.g. intranet page, announcement email).
Usually the link looks like this:
https://COMPANYNAME.start-pulse.comSince you have to log in to Pulse Feedback, the system can recognise you and automatically send you to the right place. Therefore, you do not need a personal link to participate in a survey.
The only exception is if you are registering for the first time. Then you have to set a password using the link in the e-mail. If you can no longer find the e-mail, you can also create a password by entering your e-mail address and clicking on Set new password.
If your company has set up SSO, you can log in with your company password and therefore never need a personal link.
