Who can see my rating?

The rating is only visible to feedback seekers (the peson sending out a peer feedback survey). They can only see which of the three categories - Improve (1 to 6), Neutral ( 7 & 8), Continue (8 & 9) - a response belongs to by filtering the comments by category.
